HOW IT WORKS

Private room. Paid timer. Human coach.

  1. 01
    Tell us the situation

Share one focused question. Do not use this service for an emergency.

  2. 02
    Complete secure payment

Your room is not created and no coach time starts until payment is verified.

  3. 03
    Coach enters first

Your assigned, cleared coach prepares the private room before your join control unlocks.

  4. 04
    Timer starts together

The coach starts the paid timer after both of you confirm audio and video.

Scope boundary

APT live video is coaching and self-help support—not psychotherapy, diagnosis, medical treatment, crisis care, or emergency support. In the U.S., call or text 988 for urgent crisis support.
