These Terms of Service govern your use of AI Powered Therapist, operated by Enrico Inc. By using the website, tools, membership features, Daily Connection, My Companion, referral features, payout profile features, SMS reminders, or related services, you agree to these Terms.
AI Powered Therapist provides self-help, educational, reflection, and decision-support tools. It does not provide psychotherapy, diagnosis, medical treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency support. Use of the service does not create a therapist-client relationship with AI Powered Therapist, Enrico Inc, or any listed clinician.
If you are in immediate danger or experiencing an emergency, call local emergency services. In the U.S., call or text 988 for crisis support.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity that occurs through your account. Membership access, pricing, renewals, cancellation, and availability may change over time. Subscription billing may be processed by third-party payment providers.
You are responsible for the text, answers, messages, files, and other content you submit. You agree not to submit unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful content. Daily Connection entries, companion check-ins, and other saved tool outputs may be used to provide reflections, summaries, reminders, and related product experiences.
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from AI Powered Therapist related to Daily Connection reminders, partner response alerts, shared reflection unlocks, referral reward alerts, payout profile reminders, and other account-related notifications.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to purchase or use AI Powered Therapist. You may use the service without enabling SMS reminders.
Users opt in through a web form with a phone-number field, an unchecked SMS consent checkbox, and visible disclosures. The public signup page is available at https://aipoweredtherapist.com/signup/, and a public opt-in proof page is available at https://aipoweredtherapist.com/sms-opt-in/.
AI Powered Therapist does not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers, mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Referral rewards, if available, are subject to the rules shown in the referral dashboard. Rewards may require review, approval, and a completed payout and tax profile before payment is released. AI Powered Therapist may adjust, reject, void, or delay rewards in cases of fraud, abuse, chargebacks, duplicate accounts, policy violations, or payment failure. TaxHackAI may be offered as an optional earnings organization tool; it does not guarantee tax savings or deductions.
Any therapist or clinician information shown on the site is provided for informational or connection purposes. Therapy services, if booked, are provided independently by the clinician or their practice and are not included in AI Powered Therapist membership unless expressly stated.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users' accounts, interfere with service operation, scrape or copy protected content, submit harmful code, impersonate others, or use the service for unlawful or abusive purposes.
AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your situation. You are responsible for evaluating responses and deciding whether to act on them. Do not rely on AI outputs as a substitute for professional care, emergency support, legal advice, financial advice, or medical advice.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, including the SMS privacy terms that explain how mobile numbers and SMS consent are handled.
Optional analytics, functional, and marketing cookies can be accepted, rejected, or managed through the cookie banner and Cookie Policy. You may submit privacy-related requests through the Privacy Request page.
We may update the service or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Powered Therapist and Enrico Inc disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
