Request deletion of your APT account
Use the account email so APT can verify the request. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate processes; active billing may need to be canceled through the applicable billing or support flow.
After verification, eligible account data and associated app data will be removed or de-identified through the available privacy tools. Some transaction, payment, tax, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal records may be retained only for the applicable purpose.
Adult access to APT AI tools
Updated September 7, 2026. APT AI conversations and interactive AI self-help tools are available only to people age 18 or older. Before using them, you must confirm that you are at least 18. This is a self-declaration, not verification of your identity. APT does not request a birth date or identity document for this check.
This restriction applies to APT AI tools. Public information, safety resources and the therapist directory remain available. Independent therapists determine eligibility and consent for their own professional services.
Your Clarity saved notes
Clarity notes that you choose to save in your signed-in Console are included when APT processes an account-linked personal-data export or erasure through its WordPress privacy tools. You can also delete individual notes in your Console. This integration covers the Clarity saved-note table on the active site; it does not by itself erase backups, provider records or records held by other processors. A privacy request must still be reviewed and processed.
A therapist does not automatically receive your Clarity notes or conversation history. You may choose to share information directly with an independent therapist. An inquiry is not permission to access unrelated APT records.
Before starting an AI conversation
Updated September 9, 2026. Before using Clarity or another interactive APT AI tool, adults must separately acknowledge the AI self-help limitations and agree to the Terms and Conditions while acknowledging the Privacy Policy. No box is selected in advance. Consent for independent licensed therapy is handled separately by the provider.
