    Payment alone never verifies, publishes, activates, or indexes a profile.

Paid-placement disclosure

APT limits each city network to five approved independent therapist positions. No payment is required to apply. After approval, a provider who accepts an available city position pays $49.00 per month or $490 upfront per year for limited network placement and visibility. Both plans include the same benefits and renew at the selected interval until canceled. Choose your plan in secure checkout after approval. The subscription also includes personal APT Member Console access and self-guided clarity tools for the provider’s own use. Payment does not affect credential or editorial review standards, constitute a clinical endorsement, determine public profile order, or guarantee referrals, inquiries, appointments, search-engine rankings, or outcomes.
