AI Powered Therapist is operated by Enrico Inc. This Privacy Policy applies to the AI Powered Therapist website, Android app, account areas, self-guided tools, Daily Check-In, Daily Connection, My Companion, coach-support features, provider applications, referrals, SMS reminders, and related services.
We may collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, mobile phone number, account and login details, support requests, subscription status, referral activity, provider or coach application information, license information submitted by providers, booking or profile links, and content entered into self-guided tools.
Self-guided content may include check-in answers, relationship or communication prompts, reflections, companion messages, uploaded screenshots, clarity requests, coach-chat messages, and saved tool outputs. Please do not submit information you do not want processed by the service.
We may collect technical and usage information such as IP address, browser or device type, operating system, app version, pages or screens visited, referral source, session and conversion events, crash or diagnostic information, cookies, local-storage preferences, and security logs.
If you choose a feature that uses voice, notifications, camera, photo upload, or another device capability, the website or app may request the corresponding device permission. Permission is used only for the feature you choose and can be changed in your device or browser settings. The service does not continuously listen through your microphone.
We use information to provide and secure the service, create and manage accounts, save requested activity, generate self-help responses, operate membership and coach-support flows, review provider and coach applications, process payments, send requested communications, route inquiries, provide customer support, prevent abuse, troubleshoot performance, measure product usage, and comply with legal or operational obligations.
AI Powered Therapist is a self-help and educational service. It is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, diagnosis, crisis support, or emergency care. Text or other content you submit to an AI-powered feature may be processed by configured AI service providers to generate the response, summary, reflection, or next-step guidance you requested.
We do not use mental-health tool entries, Daily Check-In answers, Daily Connection entries, companion conversations, coach-support content, or similar sensitive self-help content for third-party advertising or retargeting.
Membership, coach-support, and provider-placement payments may be processed by Stripe or another configured payment processor. We may receive transaction identifiers, subscription status, payment status, billing contact details, and limited payment metadata, but we do not store complete payment-card numbers on our servers.
Provider, coach, referral, or contractor payout workflows may collect information needed to determine payout readiness, route funds, maintain ledgers, prevent fraud, and satisfy tax or legal recordkeeping requirements.
Provider applications may include professional identity, credentials, license information, states served, specialties, biography, headshot, booking information, and verification notes. Information displayed publicly is limited to approved profile information. Internal review, license-verification, billing, and safety notes are not intended for public display.
Coach applications and operations may include identity, experience, availability, safety acknowledgments, operating agreements, assignment history, performance records, Stripe Connect or payout status, and communications needed to provide the service.
If you opt in, we may use your mobile number, email address, or app notification token to send the reminders, alerts, account notices, support messages, provider or coach workflow notices, and transactional communications you requested. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to eligible SMS messages or change available preferences.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We use necessary cookies and local storage to operate and secure the service, keep account and form features working, and remember privacy choices. Optional analytics may measure public page views, traffic sources, tool usage, and conversion events. Google Analytics is currently connected through Site Kit.
Where required, you can accept, reject, or manage optional analytics, functional, and marketing storage through the cookie banner or the Cookie Policy. Logged-in administrator activity may be excluded from analytics.
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate the service, such as hosting and cloud providers, AI processing providers, Google Analytics through Site Kit, Stripe, email and SMS delivery providers, security and fraud-prevention providers, customer-support tools, and contractors acting on our instructions.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, investigate fraud or abuse, enforce agreements, or complete a business transaction such as a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.
If the app or website allows you to create an account, you can request deletion of the account and associated account data through the Delete Account page. You may request deletion of app data without requesting closure of the entire account through the Data Deletion page.
We may verify identity before completing a request. Some records may be retained when reasonably necessary for payment and tax records, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or enforcement. When data must be retained, we limit its use to the applicable purpose.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service and for the purposes described in this policy. Retention depends on the type of information, account status, user choices, operational need, payment and tax obligations, security needs, and applicable law. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or consent withdrawal where available under applicable law.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No website, app, network, or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
AI Powered Therapist is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Additional age restrictions may apply to paid services, provider services, or local jurisdictions.
You may update available account information, manage optional cookies, turn off available notifications, unsubscribe from eligible emails, reply STOP to eligible SMS messages, or submit a request through our Privacy Request page.
